2022 Word of the Year -(Heard) atc set

I haven’t participated in a atc swap on another site for most of the year because I don’t really enjoy the site. However, for the past 2 years I have participated in their WOTY (Word of the year) swap. I chose “heard” this year. My hope is that my wishes are heard and I can be hired as the art teacher, although I have no way of knowing right now.

I started out using my new off Amazon brand liquid watercolors, and painted a blue sky background.

Then, I used a large flower stamp and small bird stamp for my design. I added dabs of silver metallic watercolor for shimmer, then when dry I added liquid watercolor to fill in my flowers.

I wrote …h…e…a…r…d… using my .1 fineliner.

Thanks. I thought about using it with the flowers, but glad I chose to put wisps in the sky instead.
