For me it depends on my crafty mental state. If I’m having a really tough time and crafting is a challenge (time, inspiration, whatever) then I would count every dish cloth as a crafty-sanity win. If I’m in a good place and able to craft regularly and crank things out then I might count them more as a category/batch to encourage myself to make more/different things toward the “50” goal. I think it’s however you feel best about your crafty times.
Lovely projects, @Rlynn. That hat is just too cute!
Very pretty stitching, @AIMR!
The one thing I love about the cold weather is all of the fantastic accessories! (Otherwise, I am quite over all this snow we have.)
I love the little pouches, @Trillian. Yours turned out so adorable and perfect! I have a ton of zippers and quilting scraps I need to use up, and I’ve been looking for some good little bag patterns to try.
Speaking of quilting scraps…I finally finished this quilt. Despite my sewing machine drama, it’s done. And it doesn’t look awful (the stitching is far from perfect, but it’s functional).
Gorgeous! I love the way you’ve arranged the colours
So pretty!
We’re going to call this batch of three doll dresses 1 project because they were the product of one evening’s sewing (do I know how to have fun on a Friday night or what?).
You know I just love your little dresses…where do you find such tiny prints?
Do you have any idea how many dresses you have for your dolls?
Your tiny sewing is so perfect!!
The dresses are so cute!
JoAnns in this case…
I have tons of dresses for my dolls but only keep a handful of those I’ve made. Most gets sold on to other hobbyists eventually.
They look so sweet in their tiny dresses! Well done.
Awww! I love them. The middle dress print is super
Well, you definitely have a good idea for scale…I have seen some doll dresses that are not that sweet because the prints are made for much larger dolls or kids! That is why yours are so adorable…they fool you into thinking the dolls are normal sized until you see them…the tiny continues from doll to clothing to your accessories!
The hanging bag for current fabric is a great idea! I may steal that general idea to come up with a way to separate out my “working fabric”
Next batch project! My mom was showing off one of the itty bitty pouches I made and I ended up being asked to make three more for one of her friends. There were no requests for particular colors or prints, so I got to have fun in my scrap pile.
those are just so cute…I have them on my list but then I have to buy those rings…I have one ring…I am thinking I could make a bunch and leave them along the walking path at the art museum across the street…
I am a sucker for notecards! These are especially lovely…the one with the stamps intrigues me…is it paper that you stamped?
I think you are generous to offer them to the garage sale…(sneaks off to see if they might possibly still be there…)
These are beautiful!
@Bunny1kenobi love these cards. I need to make some! I never had any for all the swaps I did through the other place and always just had to try and find some nice-enough paper.
