Baby house, 3D printed

Hot off the printer!
This is a 1:12 scale cabinet that’s also a 1:144 scale dollhouse…a dollhouse for a dollhouse!

See the tiny stairs?

Sometimes called a Dutch Baby House because these were supposedly used in Holland to teach girls how to take care of a home. (I suspect they were really used for mother-daughter play, and mom justified the expense as a learning tool.)

Here’s my first print, in a scrumptious new pink filament. Sadly, I messed up the design so it didn’t print right, but I’m thinking it will make a great haunted house if I paint it purple or black or gray… I can’t quite get my head around a pink haunted house.

Just gorgeous! Will you fill it with tiny furnishings?

I’ve created a file with teeny versions of my printables, but don’t know if the scale will be just too small to print right until I try it. I don’t like working smaller than 1:12, so if the prints don’t work, it won’t get furnished.
