Bday cake for the Kid

My youngest turned 16 on Christmas Eve. I made him a cake. He’s been kind of into D & D so I tried to make a dragon cake. The dragon was made with marshmallow fondant. It’s far from perfect but he liked it!

Thanks, friends!

grrrrrrrgous! I’ve heard marshmallow fondant is much tastier than the regular stuff. Did you make it yourself, or can it be bought?

I made it. Super easy. Mini marshmallows, a tiny bit of water and a lot of powdered sugar. And a lot of kneading. It’s yummy, too! Not that tasteless paste that makes store bought fondant.

Store-bought fondant is nasty! Most homemade fondant (marshmallow or otherwise) is delicious.
