Birth Control for Sock Yarn--Fingerless Mitts

I don’t use yarn at all, but someone showed me the Stay-at-home sweater (I think that was what it was called) and I absolutely loved it. This reminds me of that in a way. Random and super cool. The colors you picked work perfectly!

i really LOVE how that yellow just makes it POP!!! i agree with the love for scrap yarn projects, so fun to make and reduce the odds and sods kicking about…hence my current wip - northeasterly…not just getting the scraps into this one, but the languishing skeins that i think are the main breeders and must be controlled.

That is a really cool pattern to use up scraps!

its going pretty quickly (for me!!), what i like about it is that once you get into the second strip, its a join-as-you-go project, so minimal seaming at the end…although, some of the other people over on ravelry have knit it in strips and then mattress stitched or whatever when they were done to keep it more portable…i will likely seam as i go. because it will end up more even than if i try to sew it.
