At one of my Fun Club meetings, the subject was bubbles. Among the acrylics paints on the table was this very loud pink, which became these bubbles. I then added some phrases that would go with the bubblegum chewing, very pink-wearing girl.
Also, a tiny bit of glittery pink paint, because why not.
