Christmas in July-nutcracker

I couldn’t wait to make this nutcracker, I also have the toy soldier so I may hold off on making him. I’m running out of room to store stuff!
Only took about 90 minutes to assemble which for me is super speedy

I want to get some little jewels to adorn his crown

He’s so cute! Love your paper choices! If his crown came off, he might make an excellent gift wrapping option for one of those tricky-to-wrap gifts.

Also- When I saw the thumbnail, I thought this was made of wood! You did an awesome job!

He turned out great! I can’t believe it only took 90 mins to assemble! I am never that quick. I bet it took close to that long to cut and remove the cuts from the mats!

OMG, I have (somewhere here in my mess), some little swavaroski style purple jewels that would look awesome on that crown. If you want some, let me know and I’ll try and locate them…

Wait? It’s not wood? (I, too, thought so from the thumbnail.)

Amazing likeness! Excellent job!
