A snap of my skull gnocchis in action

I overbaked my skull stuffed buff dip a lil

Made some cornbread with some taco soup

Ghostie burger pie

Baby Yoda in a pumpkin. I forgot to take a pic of it with a face

Strawberry stabbed people pie

Tried my hand at making some cupcakes without sugar, used maple syrup instead and dairy free. Made some dairy free cream cheese bourbon cinnamon frosting that ended up being more like an icing that I think ended up splitting :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

So I tried to make some sugar free cupcakes for a co workers bday, it came out flatter than a pancake :sweat_smile: tried it again but did a half regular sugar and half stevia. I did pineapple, cranberry, and apple. The chocolate leaves and flowers were a pain to make since I had just the one mold for leaves and the one mold for the flowers, and had to color white chocolate which was also hard because I only had gel food coloring :sob:so I had to be careful and it seized a lot

Iā€™m halfway to 50! Not sure if Iā€™ll hit it this year, but it has definitely helped to have a list.

Definitely! You clearly put a lot of time and effort into them and they deserve to be showcased in their own post where more people can admire and be inspired by them!

Iā€™m in the 30 project range, I just donā€™t have up pics yet. Iā€™m pretty pleased with myself.

Iā€™ve finished my cross stitch piece that Iā€™ve been working on for too long. Iā€™ll be starting in on a knitting project for a hat I saw on ravelry for my friendā€™s son. Itā€™s a one skein wonder. The yarn was buy two get a third free, so Iā€™ll be making three hats!

Awesome! Have you posted your cross stitch piece yet?

Hi yall ! Back again to update on all the bakes Iā€™ve done ! Iā€™ve been venturing out even more and Iā€™m loving it !

We had our work potluck for Thanksgiving, and I had every intention to bring in maple bacon cupcakes, and I even went to the store the night before to buy some. But when I got home, what do you know ? I forgot bacon AND sugar ! So I ended up making chocolate cupcakes with maple syrup with a ganache center, cream cheese frosting with a maple whisky drizzle. Eggless & vegan ! I will have to link the site when I find it.

Luckily, I ended up redeeming myself and finally got my hands on some bacon some time after we went back to work and made those maple bacon cupcakes that I told everyone I was making :sweat_smile:I even made some brown butter maple bacon cookies with the leftover bacon. Iā€™ve never made brown butter before but oh my it smells delish ! I canā€™t believe I havenā€™t been doing it this whole time !

I hated leaving the boy out of my baking, but what do you know, he hates maple bacon ! So I had to make him a separate batch with just peach filling & peach flavored frosting. Dairy free of course for his sensitive tummy.

I just made these cookie boxes this past weekend for my co workers ! Iā€™ve never had great success with cookies so Iā€™m so very proud of how beautiful they came out !

Lemon earl grey stars topped with sugar & lemon zest

Brown butter ginger people

Cookie butter sandwich cookie reindeers & piped matcha

Iā€™m only up to 38šŸ˜ although I will say, definitely further than I thought Iā€™d get
This is the cookie recipe that I pretty much used and I added 1 tbs of earl grey (~3 teabags) and I zested one lemon in my dough, and then before baking, I brushed the tops with egg whites, and dipped the cookies in a sugar & lemon zest blend before baking !

I used this for the matcha trees and maybe Iā€™m just not used to piping cookie dough, but it was tough! Or maybe I didnā€™t do a good job mixing the dough. But it came out tasty and not too sweet ! I wasnā€™t sure of everyoneā€™s tolerance to sweets, so I chose a less sweet cookie dough. Although the brown butter ginger and the cookie butter were the sweeter cookies.

ONLYā€¦stop! Do you know how many people never ever even make ONE thing at all? You did great! All those cookiesā€¦and some very unusual onesā€¦the earl grey ones intrigue meā€¦and matcha swirls?

I bet your baking is a hit at home and work!

My family used to have Cookie Day at my parentā€™s house since they have double ovens, but thatā€™s been over seventeen years ago.
Iā€™m glad someone is enjoying home baking!
I have plans to make Sohlaā€™s Rainbow Rave cookies, but someone keeps eating from the bag of mini M&Ms.
psst, itā€™s me

Ooooooh that sounds yummy !! Is it like a chocolate chip cookie with m&m? I would eat all the minis too. Something bout mini m&ms that are yummier than the regular

The girls loved the cookies ! Iā€™m so happy ! The fave has been the earl grey ones, I didnā€™t think they would be so yummy but they were ! Sometimes I canā€™t tell if something will actually be good or not bc Iā€™m a picky eater, so I already think lots of things arenā€™t going to be  but I tried them when I baked them and they all were tasty, so Iā€™m pretty pleased ! I will have to link recipes ! The matcha one was so hard to pipe out, it just seemed like the consistency was too thick. Will have to practice more in the future, but Iā€™m glad they came out looking pretty good
