April Theme - the 60s and 70s!
- Pong – Craft something that is/uses cutting edge technology (hey, it was at the time!), is very geometric/sharp edged, is not very embellished, or is black and white.
- Roller Disco – Craft something on the move (as a passenger, safety first!) or something that has moving parts, is metallic/mirrored, is inspired by your favorite song lyric, or is brightly colored.
- Flower Power – Craft something inspired by nature, is boho chic, is very peaceful (for you) to make, is for the garden, or is tie-dyed.
- Monster Mash – Craft something that is monstrous (large or an actual monster!), is cobbled together from various pieces/parts, embodies the vibe of a mad scientist, uses electricity to make, or is green.
- Pet Rock – Craft something for your pet (does not have to be a pet rock!), something that is purely decorative, is made of natural materials, is meant to be abandoned/found art, or is brown.
May Theme: the ‘80s and ‘90s!
- Hair Bands – Craft something that is fluffy, has a lot of volume, uses a glue/spray/fixative, or is brightly colored.
- The Muppet Show – Craft something that is related to one of the characters on the muppets, is made of fabric/sewn, is bendable/posable, or is pink or green.
- The Mall – Craft something you would use out shopping, that is made of a mix of materials, is large, or is beige/tan.
- MTV – Craft something inspired by one of your favorite songs.
- AOL – Craft something you used the internet to research/get the pattern, that is high-tech or cutting edge, uses metal/circuitry, or is triangular or blue.
June Theme: the 2000s and 2010s
- Y2K – craft something you thought would be a disaster but turned out fine, something that is high-tech or futuristic, or something that marks an anniversary or special date.
- YouTube – craft something you got the pattern/idea from a video, that you can use for a movie/TV binge-watching night, or that is red or pointy.
- CDs – craft something inspired by a song, or that is round, or is metallic/silver.
- Social Media – craft something for a friend, or something that is inspired by a social media post, is a “trend”, or is blue.
- Hipster Fashion/Add a mustache – craft something to wear, that is made of fabric, or has a mustache.
