Did the sendout out date change?
If not, I’m late! 
I changed the date and I let @geekgirl know. I know it’s a bad sign for the organizer to do this but I am overwhelmed at school and just bad time management on my part.

You are in good company, time gets away from all of us at times. No apologies needed.
I’ve always found that the LC community is gracious about missed deadlines as long as you communicate. Keep the mod and your partner informed. We all have bad days/weeks.

Honestly, I tried something new and it didn’t work out so I am going with what I do know how to do and that is sewing and paper crafting. Clay? What was I thinking?? I guess I was inspired by all the great pottery that @FiredGinkgo has been posting.
As always, my ideas are bigger than my skill set!

She’s DONE!!! 
Did I do 3.5 hours of unanticipated hand sewing after work today? Yes, yes, I did… Was I planning to mail Friday? Absolutely. Will I be mailing Saturday afternoon instead, because I decided to add several completely unused for many years skills to this thing? 1000%! Did I do an amount of research normally reserved for an actual graded assignment? What else is hyperfocus for?! And did it turn out GLORIOUSLY??? YEEEEES, it DID!!! 
Seriously, though, thank you for extending our deadline, @Smmarrt , and thank you for your patience, @marionberries , while I decided the first attempts just weren’t awesome enough! I am so ridiculously excited for you to have it, and hope you love it as much as I do. 
Also, I have RECIEVED my dotee from Marionberries, and it is PRECIOUS!! I want to take photos in the light tomorrow, and then I shall add her delightfully cuteness to the gallery.
This has been so fun!
