Check out Elizabeth St Hilaire, she has a book and online courses in paper painting. I took a workshop with her last fall, was fun

Wow, in the normal picture you can’t tell that those are bits of paper. From a distance it looks so pretty and up close I am fascinated with the depths the paper adds.
