I made two pair of moccasins for our staff Silent Auction - I’m not much of one for beading, I admit - i need a lot more practice to be what I would consider ‘good’ at it. These are a heavier weight leather, all handsewn, with faux fur (I had ordered it online and it came in and I was all - Mmmmm, super ugly, absolutely not - but handy for these projects!)

These are A-MAZE-ING! I’m so jealous. I wanna make some now but I don’t want to use leather.

to be fair i used that title because just ‘moccasins’ was too short and my brain was checked out hahahaha. But I will say, I definitely learned as I was going. I live far from our reserve, and I don’t have community ties which would let me feel like I can reach out for advice/instruction. No worries, but it was a lot of online tutorials and swearing
