It looks so nice @madebyBeaG !! Very realistic, the water is like a mirror and the trees have just the right shape. The whole landcape feels very nostalgic, very familiar to me. As soon as I saw the thumbnail I thought it must be made by you. It looks like the village I was born in (and like every other village in the Low Countries, I’m sure).

Sharing my watercolor book with you. Bought it many yrs ago at a Waldenbooks store at a mall. You can imagine how long ago that was, with so many bookstores being defunct now.
I love this book. It’s hefty but I destashed my others to keep it. It’s so comprehensive. Great tips and examples.
I don’t buy books anymore either. I’m sharing pics in case you consider buying a copy. Links at the end.
Pics are gorgeous and inspiring. When I bought it, I hadn’t even embarked upon my full watercolor journey. I just knew I’d fallen in love with the medium.
Back then, this book was so affordable! I think I paid $7.99 for it, and I called myself splurging. 
Whenever I look at it I’m so grateful to have it.

I am from The Netherlands (NL) and moved to Belgium (BE) in 2007.
PS: you’re supposed to see flags behind my username…
The only place I can find it here in Belgium is through Amazon (who will probably import it from the US). Their cheapest used copy is 105 euros, ouch!

No, no flags. Sometimes, my internet is slow loading pics in places like that, thumbnail type pics. Sometimes it happens on Instagram.

I tried these browsers and could not see the flags in them either:
Chrome, Brave, Duck Duck Go and Vivaldi.
The only browser where I could see your flags was Firefox. It’s strange because I used to use Firefox religiously. Because it didn’t load many things and was always causing problems, I switched to Opera.

Very strange! In my link in the post above I can also see your flags but still can’t see after your name in your own posts.
For some others, I saw 1 Canada flag but not that flag in another CA user’s name. Couldn’t see 2 user’s US flags. Well, truth is stranger than fiction!
