Brief Description: This little cat figure was all kinds of rebellious. It refused to cooperate during the sculpting process, my first attempt at the elf was an utter failure, and the end result is a rather rebellious kitty who thinks the elf on the shelf should be the toy in her bed.

3 facts about my theme inspiration:
- Elf on the shelf horrifies me so the idea of a cat stealing the elf for nefarious purposes was too fun to resist.
- To model the cat’s head and the way the elf flops over, I pinned a lot of pictures of cats carrying dead mice and other creatures. It was disturbing.
- Naughty christmas creatures is one of my fave themes and I want to make a couple more pieces (either clay or painted) on that theme this season.
