Project Name and Link: Masterboard atc blanks
Brief Description: Masterboards are messy. While I wasn’t making masterboards for this, I had a huge mess on my table cutting and pasting to make these blanks.
Project Photo:
Brief Description: The see-through nature of the wings and pampas grass is kinda ghosty It’s a pretty shiney comb. Dragonfly made from wire, holographic film & resin; pampas grass made from iridescent organza and glitterwire. The flashy green color also makes me think a little of ectoplasm LOL
Everyone’s projects are amazing, but I especially like the ATCs, the sweets I’m trying not to let give me ideas, and the crab.
Prompt: Rancor (May) Team: Running with Scissors Project Name: Attempt at chocolate stout cupcakes Project Link: N/A Brief Description: I broke out a cupcake mix from my pantry, and they…did not turn out. The flavor was good, but the texture was so. bad. To the extent that I almost used these for the small/wrinkly Yoda prompt. But ugly won the day, unlike my cupcakes. Luckily, they didn’t use the whole beer, so I could easily drown my sorrows. Project Photo(s):
Prompt: Wicket (May) Team: Running with Scissors Project Name: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Project Link: N/A Brief Description: I decided those cupcakes weren’t worth the calories, so I made some cookies. I threw a bit of cocoa powder into my Vaguely Less Bad for You Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies and scooped them a little bigger than usual. Cupcakes who? Project Photo(s):

Prompt: May R2D2
Team: Bits and Bobs
Project Name and Link: Hummingbird and Clematis Twisted Fabric Rope Wreath
Brief Description: I decided to use R2D2 and blue instead of JarJar Binks (high energy) because I did not make the hummingbird.
Project photo:
@geekgirl You’re on a roll! I especially love the almost hidden textural elements in the palette and the bottom row of magnets
@gozer I have basically no drawing skills, so I’m totally in awe of the likeness you captured in those ATCs.
@Lynx I love the variegation you got in the twine and the way you incorporated the hummingbird. (Unrelated to your project, I also love your phrase “oatmeal cookie chasers.”)
Prompt: May - Verily, is that a Funnel Cloud?
Team: Bits and Bobs
Project Name: Pizza sauce
Project Link: Pizza sauce
Description - made pizza sauce in my quest to go garlic free. Chose the prompt “Verily, is that a Funnel Cloud?” because no matter how careful I am I always end up with red splatters all over my stove when I cook with tomato sauce.
