Brief Description: While it took me 2 hours to chop and assemble this mix of radishes, parsnips, sweet potatoes, onions, and potatoes, the final product was 9 vacuum-sealed freezer-packs of READY MADE hash. I roasted the mixture and bagged it up in 1.5 cup portions. Now, I can easily pull one from the freezer crisp it up in a skillet and top it with a couple of eggs and breakfast is ready!
