Brief Description: While it took me 2 hours to chop and assemble this mix of radishes, parsnips, sweet potatoes, onions, and potatoes, the final product was 9 vacuum-sealed freezer-packs of READY MADE hash. I roasted the mixture and bagged it up in 1.5 cup portions. Now, I can easily pull one from the freezer crisp it up in a skillet and top it with a couple of eggs and breakfast is ready!

I’d go nuts if I couldn’t do something in the car. our house to el paso is about 26 hours of driving. we’ve been doing it about every other month back & forth for the last 2 years.
