Prompt: Research Project
Team: Bits and Bobs
Project Name: Cat House Miniature Kit
Project Link: Cat House Miniature Kit
Brief Description: I finally finished it! I submitted a few of the individual items as separate prompts, but by the time I was done, it ended up being so much work, and such a learning curve, that I thought it would make a better research project. I hope that’s okay! I can go back and add other items for the prompts, if needed, just let me know! More photos in the link.

Project Name: Quiche
Project Link: N/A
Brief Description: I made a quiche for Mother’s Day brunch. It was my first time ever making pie dough from scratch, and it was delicious. The whole thing was pretty time intensive, but worth it. Filling was mushroom, onion, and Gruyere, with farm-fresh eggs and some spices. I wish I would have gotten a prettier picture, but I was on a time crunch. I served it with fruit, homemade waffles, and fresh-squeezed lemonade.

Project Name: Seafood Steamer
Project Link: N/A
Brief Description: I had originally ordered seafood from the east coast to be delivered for my partner’s bday. Delivery was delayed 4 days by the shipper (though it was supposed to be overnight!) and had to be tossed. We got it reshipped last month and had a feast. It was only about 20 minutes prepare, season, and steam on the stove.
