@roler, your altered Pokemon cards are fantastic! I love them. And the Nessie Hoop is perfect!

@Lynx, those are great cards! That hummingbird stamp is one of the things that first got me back into art, honestly. And I’d award bonus points if I could for the knowledge… but then I’d have to dock you for making me want to go on a vacation to Arizona… in July…

@storerboughtcreation, you crochet like nobody’s business, I will never not be in awe of all of your projects!

hahahaha! I just saw a memory in my Facebook posts from this day 4 years ago. I was happy that our temps had dropped from 117 to 105, and were supposed to stay at 105 for the next two weeks. I was just commenting how messed up that is

@Lynx I really want to learn how to make pretty masterboards like the ones you’re using. So vibrant! I LOVE those fish stamps!! Every one of those cards is so colorful and fun, and I particularly like the cactus one you sent me! Watch out; it may get cut up and used for more ATCs in the future, giving more craftiness forward! XD And you ARE tempting me with that happy mail stuff, but as I said, I’m a wee bit too busy right now. Hopefully later this year!

@storerboughtcreation That blanket is SO well done! I don’t know how you keep your tension so perfectly even like that. The colors look great and it’s just all around classy looking!

Brief Description: My cardigan had a tear in it so I decided to do some embroidery mending. Qualifying this as hotel because I am living in a hotel for the next month & because the stupid hotel heating/air conditioners make the rooms too cold or too hot.

You know I love your big beautiful water creature! XD So cuuuute! I bet she’d be a good friend to Nessie. And excellent idea to make the RV into an ornament. It’ll be so cute on a tree!

I agree with AIMR; that looks even better than before! That little mushroom and snail scene is one of the cutest mends I’ve ever seen!! Now Really want to learn how to do that. It’s amazing!

Brief Description: Been messing around with oil paints lately, attempted to make a field of wild flowers and came up with this. Dunno why but it reminds me of the kind of art you’d find on a wall in a hotel.

YAAAY! You’re back! I missed you!

That blanket— wowza! And the flower painting is so soft and pretty. Who doesn’t love Loki, right? And your moose turned out great! I don’t think I could even make a moose look like a moose…!

That colorful blanket is so cheerful!

I love the little garden area you stitched. It’s so cute! The ladybug is on theme, though terrifying! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

When my grandparents were alive, they used to head down to Yuma, AZ every winter in their RV. They lived in it for roughly six month of the year. I can guarantee they dressed up at least occasionally. Thankfully no monsters to contend with though! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

That’s a good point. I think I was pigeon-holing RVs as a super fancy camping option and forgetting the longer-term lifestyle option that a lot people use them as.
