I’ll be away from my craft supplies for a couple of weeks but then on holiday, yay! Today I did a bit of collecting and I’ll work on my cards/letters until I get back to the studio.

Mine is a mixed bag, Rob’s away for a whole month as of last Saturday! We don’t spend much time apart so this will be a big shift for everybody, the dog is not happy already. But he’s going to be in lovely, warm places and I am so happy for him. It’s easy to feel happy when you’re feeling it for someone you love

A funny share… my cat that died in 2022 loved SMELLING roses (she’d seriously sit under the rose bushes and sniff them). My new cat, Miss Rosa, who I rescued from the pound 2 weeks after Sassy died… she apparently loves EATING roses. Found out during our work meeting today and had to take a break after to clean up the mess as she knocked a bunch of stuff off the shelf while munching.

Aw. This is my absolute favorite time of year. We got about a foot of snow over the weekend and that is 100% my happy. 
Also. I got flowers from my husband last week and they are still beautifying our home.

My good thing: Puttering around in my whatever journal has been bringing me a lot of joy.
I haven’t physically started on my swap project, but I have a pretty good idea where I’m going with it (& the result looks really cool in my head 
).

Still nailing down exactly what to craft, but I have several good leads. Next step is checking if I need any supplies. I’ll be near a craft store and several second hand stores on friday 
I mostly looked for patterns and read a lot this weekend.

Sadly I haven’t decided what to do yet, currently trying to figure out where all the craft supplies are (as I’m turning the house upside down) and then I need to decide a medium, and also what affirmation I want 
And snow is pretty consistent here where I live in Norway, as is the cold, so I’m happy, not too bad seeing as I need to get around for work, but also have to walk my dog
