This gallery is so fun! Everyone has gone above and beyond in making items that are well received.
The gifts and presentation are wonderful. Just the sacks alone are a great gift.
@Rlynn What a striking outfit with those gloves as the star!

@jeanneleigh The car trash bag is very cool! Very useful!
@Rlynn I love the fish crossbody bag.
Also very cool action shot! ![]()
@wittychild the Christmas cat bag is adorable! And that felt peacock is gorgeous.
@Kwality570 those gloves look like they were done by a pro! The zippered bags are also really cool.
@momiemae I love the embroiderd and painted hoops, especially the cat with the moon in the background. Do you have another picture of the bag you made?
And with that I’m caught up.
I received today but I’ll do a separate post for that.

This embroidery cracked me up so much. This is from a short animation that I first watched in highschool. My friend and I would say this to each other all the time ![]()
Cat bookmarks! I love them both.
They are covered with a hard plastic.
I also received two beautiful hair accessories and some cool stone (I think?) beads.
Thank you for swapping with me @Reese52 ![]()

I received my swap package from @geekgirl and I love everything.
Some extras , yummy candy and beetle stickers. They are sitting on the Santa sack. I love the print!
Chapstick and hand lotion! They’ve already been put to use.
This beautiful paper quilled moth ornament!
The six spotted tiger beetle!!
And a new little friend!! How cute is he? I love him.
Thanks so much!
That moth ornament!
What s great package.
I’m really loving seeing everyone’s creations!
Great package! My favorite is the moth ornament.
I received from @EclecticDreamer today! She made me a montanka doll, and sent me a wonderful handmade advent calendar. The sack was also beautifully handmade. The items from the advent calendar are days 1 to 12. I want to open it like a real advent calendar, and will post pics all at once on Christmas. Thanks so much! This was really special to me.
I received from @saintcady this week- what a rollercoaster! First, the cute bag and wrapped gifts:
Treats for the senses- chocolate, gummies, and a candle with a great scent:
Two adorable felted ornaments:
Two laser made magnets:
And the star of the show- an animatronic Baba Yaga house! It suffered a little during transport but was able to be put to rights.
I love how the house is at an angle and the chicken feet are perfect! When the switch is activated, the legs are driven by a lego enabled motor and move in a walking motion! So clever!!
And! The bones on the front edge glow in the dark!!
Thanks so much @saintcady !
sorry I disappeared for a couple of days. Been insanely busy.
Here are my belated pics from @rlynn!
A perfectly sized pencil pouch! On top of
the gift bag
This incredibly cute kitty with her little hats. I love this so much!
And the tiny tail
Pretty magnets that are already on my fridge
I’m guessing paper clay?
A cover for my kitchen aid mixer!
Love the colors! It’s perfect
Washi tape - one of which is also kitties with hats!
And some yummy candies
I made myself one of those pencil/pen pouches ages ago. I have to say that it has been one of THE most useful things I ever made. That is a beautiful combination of colors…lovely and practical!
OK..now, the little bitty kitty with the various hats…that is so cute! I can see you making additional ones for all seasons and events!
Also, the mixer cover is nice with those pockets and zippers for accessories or instructions.
Oops! My images didn’t load yesterday. They should be fixed now.
How fun to have an advent calendar to look forward to each day! Can’t wait to see all your goodies!
Can you tell us a bit more about a montanka doll? It looks like some sort of traditional doll for the holidays?
I’m glad it worked in the end. The magnets should be strong enough to work as needle minders. The bones are from @susieoregon in STS and were just too perfect.

@rlynn, that mixer cover is amazing!
I’m glad you knew a way to attach a video! Love it!
They are Ukrainian dolls that are made by winding fabric and thread. They are symbols of prosperity, goodness and hope..
To add to this: motanka dolls have been around over 5000 years. Their “faces” are unique to their dolls, and represents the sun (from when they worshipped the sun). They don’t put real facial features because … if I recall, a superstition that giving a doll eyes/face is to invite it to have a soul, and it might get an evil soul. (I am explaining it badly but have to find the research again). You’re supposed to think good thoughts, prayers, intentions while making them.
Im not Ukrainian, but attended an event a few years ago where a Ukrainian woman was teaching how to make them. She said no sewing, just wrap with thread. Fabric is also just cut, wrapped, not sewn.
@momiemae that mini stocking is a catnip toy.
