I had to get out my crochet hooks (which I mostly use to weave in ends on knitting anymore) to look at the size needed. Wow. Patient indeed.

I just had the thought which might not be obvious to some. If you have difficulty working on such a small scale (for whatever reason) size up the object and use a fingering or DK weight yarn! That’ll look cool on a table, or the back of the sofa.
