Didn’t someone mention in one of our recent zooms that we could do video calls with Whatsapp and there’s no meeting length limit like the free Zoom plan?
I just did a quick search and that seems to be the case. We’d each need to set up Whatsapp accounts if we don’t already have one, though. It might be worth setting up a test call to see if Whatsapp is a viable Zoom alternative for our crafty calls.

I do have discord and would be able to manage that option. I think Discord would be more complicated for people to figure out though.

Thats why i was asking if anyone had a Zoom account. It’s just so easy to deal with.

I think if you have the basic zoom, you get a half hour. I don’t have the fancy one.

I think Whatsapp should be fairly straightforward and doesn’t have a time limit, so I’m going to download that and try it out

I have the free zoom (I think) and also used Whats app recently for my Italy trip (but not the video feature)
It seems really user friendly if folks don’t mind downloading an app

Cool shop I stumbled upon and the owner has a great curated items of mushroom fantasy, think Alice in Wonderland items.
