355 but depends on your oven. We have gas, 350 for 25 mins was very pudding-like. 355 for 30 mins was more cakey fudgey brownie.
It really is ridiculously good & so very fast to whip up. I find it easier to stir if you sieve the dry ingredients. I tried it with added spices, cinnamon etc but didnβt love that. Walnuts would be an excellent addition.
I have lots of walnuts left over that need to be used up! Thanks.
mmmm - I cooked it a little too long, but still delicious. Jim likes to pour milk over anything chocolate anyway! Easy peasy for a non-baker like me!
Show me the inside? Is it still sticky?
Yes, nice and moist. I just ate a big piece with my coffee! Iβll take a pic later before it is all gone!! ha
I have one in the oven rn. Got bored after waiting an hour for the girl to get ready for a day trip. Itβs such a quick & satisfying recipe!
I started making it and then got interrupted by the plumber showing upβ¦I talked to him as I finished it up and popped it in the oven. I got distracted by what he was telling me re: the invoice, and left it in the oven about 5 minutes too long. Butβ¦it still turned out gooey and yummy!
I feel like the cooking time is to taste, less time = more melty-gooey, more time = more fudgey-cakey.
I took this batch out of the oven just as we were running out the door to catch the train, it looked & smelled great & hopefully there will be some left for me to try when I get home tonight!
