Ooooh :astonished: I’m totally gonna try making some old victorian-style baked goods this year so one of those will probably be what I’ll enter in. :heart:

Lol although last time I attempted Victorian baking I failed miserably. I made an orange chocolate steamed pudding and it was not solid… At all. Still tasted really good though. Lmao

Omg yesss. I love vegetable Wellington. I made it last year for our xmas. It was great. This year I’m relaxing, though, and just cooking up a Trader Joe’s vegan roast. Lol

I’m so sad my kitchen is all packed up. No cooking anything extravagant for me right now! Oh well, perhaps I can bake something while at my in-laws for Christmas or maybe we’ll even find a new home before New Years.

Here is a recipe perfected with a dear friend over years and years of playing cards at least once each week. Our boys were in scouts together and we’d go to each other’s houses for games and snacks after their meet-ups. Sweet memories.
