I’m not sure. I feel like it’ll need something, but what?
What did the plain rope ones have one them? Maybe a nice cloth bow in cream or something?
I would feel the same - but also it would be a shame to cover up that rope!
Mayyybeee…scrappy flowers of some kind? A wooden letter?
Scrappy flowers!!! that would be incredible…
I love your colours. Beautiful work.
This is so unique…wouldn’t something like this cheer up any room! I just want to touch it…now…do you cut off the little tags at the joins?
When I do fabric bowls, for most of them, but some I do…I like the look both ways…
Thanks for this lovely presentation…
I trimmed them down, but you can still see the tags a bit.
I am sort of sad seeing your wreath because I had to throw out a bunch of my mom’s shirts when I moved (no room for sentimental things!)…they had all of the colors you used that she loved…especially that pinkish grey combo and the green turquoise…reminds me of her…soothing but vibrant colors…
That must have been very hard to do.
Well that is pretty darn cool.
Those are glorious!
The scrappy rope reminds me of braided rugs. Maybe dollhouse scale rag rugs? (Did I miss a link to how it’s made?)
Your kanzashi flowers are so pretty.
Are you using them as hair ornaments…or ?
Those are so pretty!!!
Oh the wreath came out awesome!!
And I love the little flowers - brooches?
A good friend bought a felted grey cloche hat with a yellow band, so it’ll be a hat ornament. I’m sure there’s a name for that kind of thing.
I do like those flowers, but they are really time consuming to make.
My NY resolution is to make something every day, no matter how small. I’ve been playing with scraps to make this prayer flag
It’s beautiful!
What a nice resolution!
I bet each one of those scrap pieces hold some sort of meaning…love the mixed edges with trim.
