Being a Spanish teacher, I’ve long been a fan of Frida Kalo and her work. When this idea popped in my head, I started stitching. I truly love the Frida quote. The older I get, the more I understand it.

Once upon a time, I absolutely hated stitching letters. They’re so easy to mess up, almost as bad as human facial details and hands. However, I’ve figured it out, but human features…yeah, not so much.
