I came across a recipe for a quick and easy clementine marmalade and just had to give it a try. I halved the recipe, just in case it was a disaster, but luckily it turned out.

Clementines are in season now and I love marmalade! Looks easy and yummy! I have been wanting to also try out a recipe for sour dough English muffins, so this might be the perfect thing to go with them! Thanks for sharing!
