I loved all her hats, and when I was checking Ravelry for knitting ideas for the Drops Air bits, a few really nice Musselburgh’s showed up. I decided that was fate and bought it.
I’m sure most yarnies are already aware of Ravelry, but if not, their search function is great for destashing! Just search for either your exact yarn, or the yarn weight you have, and filter for the amount of yarn you have, and you’ll get pages full of things people have made from that amount of that yarn.
5 minutes ago I sewed the last two wash mitts from my bathrobe scraps. They only take a few minutes each, I’d sewn the other ones a few weeks ago. The left one is store bought, I used that size a inspiration but really, I just eyeballed the size. Garment scraps always have odd shapes so I didn’t cut them all exactly the same size. I still need to post the robe I think but the scraps are gone now!
