A bit of bento fun

While watching some anime with my daughter, we noticed a bento that one of the characters made for herself. After examining it for a bit, we decided to give it a go. Made a few substitutions to match what my kid likes to eat and what we had available (and bought some colorful soybean sheets, but only ended up using the black).
Here’s the result:

I love bentos! I used to make them to take to work. These are cute and everyone deserves pretty lunches!

Lunch on the next day was a slight let-down, just a plate of chicken cutlets and pasta
