Found a use for the last bit of refried black beans and the spanish rice I had in the freezer.
Only one issue…i still don’t have a microwave, 
. Means I’ll have to toss a slice in a low temp oven and cover it so it won’t dry out. Oof! Meh, oh well, heh.
Don’t have a lot to put on it, and the cheese is provalone, as it’s all I’ve got. Meh, it’s tasty enough, heh.
Double uh oh… 
I don’t have a dish to store it in.
