I had two partners for the Mini Pocket Letter Swap and these are the ATCs I made for one of my partners.

I really wanted to go with a theme for all three and wanted to do everything in yellow (favorite color and a theme choice) but when I mentioned doing a swimming theme in yellow, my husband mentioned peeing in the pool and I had to change that :grimacing::joy:.

So first is a yellow forest:

*not the best quality because I packed them up before getting a picture and didn’t want to take everything out :disappointed:

Absolutely gorgeous! Are these all done in acrylics? The third is definitely my favorite. The colors you got are so bold and striking!

Thank you! I wish I took better pictures because they were very vivid. I did them all with liquid acrylics which was my first time using them. The forest and the swimmer were don’t on watercolor paper and the travel one was done on illustration board. I think the colors definitely popped more on the illustration board.

All three are gorgeous, but the travel one is just pure perfection. Love! Now I need to go hunt down some illustration board.

The liquid acrylics went on really nicely on the illustration board. I do recommend finding some to try it out. I’ll have to try other mediums on it now.

That swimmer is incredible! You get so much detail into your work. The background and the other lanes, the water movement. It’s amazing. And the travel one is beautiful too. It has a warmth to it. All are gorgeous.

Ah! Thank you! Sometimes I picture it in my head and I feel like I don’t translate it onto paper/canvas like I want, but I’m so glad that the other lanes and water movement can be noticed. Thank you :blush:
