On August 1, 2019, I lost my Ollie. After he took his last breath, our vet clinic took this imprint of his front paws. I finally got a shadow box and made a remembrance box for him. As soon as I get the cross stitch I made of him out of storage, I will hang them together on the wall.
Here it is in the frame with Monkey checking it out. They never met, but Ollie would have hated Monkey.

I thought I’d also share what the 8 and 5 mean. The 5 I added because Ollie loved to give high fives. The 8 is because when Mr SBC writes the infinity symbol, it looks very much like an 8 that has fallen over. So it’s our special way of saying I love you forever.
