I’ve been on the hunt for the “perfect” brush rests forever but haven’t been able to find any that meet all of my desires so I decided to make some! They’re super simple, and not the prettiest, but they’re exactly what I wanted.
Materials used - DAS air dry clay, acrylic paint, and triple thick to seal
They’re the perfect size and are water resistant (proof?) so I don’t have to worry about water accidentally sitting on them while painting. I’ve actually been using the blue one for months and made the purple one a few weeks ago so I can confidently say they are at least water resistant as there haven’t been any changes to the finish.
