Does it count if the few decorations I have just stay up year round? 
The ____ arrived and wow, yeah totally worth it. It would have taken me forever to do that step.
The other thing I’m making for my second partner is coming along nicely.

I pulled all my creepy and cute dolls down from a high shelf and elsewhere. Beware, this is what years of swaping gets you! Only a few are my creation. I think mt Trunk or Treat creepy doll emporium will be well stocked. I also found my mother’s porcelain baby doll with the arms and legs falling off (creepy repair shop vibe), doll arms, and a couple of kewpie dolls. Now for a costume….

I haven’t unboxed my little Halloween Ninnis yet. I got them in swaps. I also made my most favorite Ninni in a swap, which was my little ghost Ninni. I always said I was going to make my own, so maybe this year I will!

I am almost done, but I re-tore something in my wrist this morning (for the 4th time). It’s calming down so hopefully I should be able to finish up towards the end of the weekend.

Oh no! Ouch! Please don’t push yourself too hard.
I’m very much down the wire but I’m getting some crafting in tonight after we get the chickens to bed and my banana bread is done baking. I also have all day tomorrow and Sunday so I should be fine. One partners is mostly done and the other is about midway through.

Part of taking it easy was making myself say something here about a possible delay. Accountability. Learning to not push myself these days… But, it seems that if I wear my brace all weekend, I should be able to get this finished. My wrist is feeling much less angry this morning, thankfully.
Some injuries just serve as constant reminders that crafting is like therapy and essential to life…
