Amigurumi Miku

For the Favorite Character swap I made my first amigurumi of Hatsune Miku. Pattern HERE . I did make some changes to the hair, adding more “fringe” and adding length to the ponytails, among others.

I also made a leek, pattern which mentioned the old c-ster site, so i wonder if they found us here. I wasn’t crazy about the way it kind of looks like a billy club and tried to shape the part that sticks out to taper up a bit but it’s still almost a 90 degree angle. But it was fun! I used a light dk yarn for the green and embroidery floss for the white, if I remember correctly, and i took liberties with the row count. Sadly I don’t think i took a pic of it alone.

Thanks! I didn’t know who she was when I started, but after a lot of googling I found some patterns that I liked. It took one of my coworkers explaining who she is before I really understood her.

She came out awesome! You captured her personality so well, I instatly realized the character.
