I painted this Animal Crossing canvas for @storerboughtcreation in the Winter Games Swap on an 11" by 14" canvas I had at home.

I wish I could say I free-drew Julian and Tia, but I introduced myself to a pad of tracing paper and it was a game changer for me!

Here I am tracing Julian!

Next, I decided to add Tia right next to Julian like they are conversing. I added stripes and dots to paint in for the background.

My partner likes stripes, dots, and bold bright colors which influenced my background choices.

I am super proud of how Julian’s jacket turned out!

Julian’s jacket is AWESOME!!! Everything about my painting is amazing. The details on both Julian and Tia are perfect. The bright background really makes them pop. And I smile every time I look at this. Thank you so much! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
