I started planning this year’s holiday cookie box for my co workers I think some time in mid Nov. I decided to do 12 different flavors this year (as stated in the title) and also to make it bear themed. I started early with making a couple of cookie doughs each weekend then wrapping them up to be put away in the freezer.
This year’s Beary Christmas box:
piped matcha wreaths (not the finished look)
pistachio & raspberry checkerboard trees
kettle corn bears
brown butter toffee
piped hazelnut santa bears
double chocolate peppermint
pretzel biscoff rein-bear sandwich cookies
strawberry hibiscus pinwheel with cherry jam
hot cocoa
earl grey with lemon sugar stars (same as last year-just added earl grey)
cranberry and orange sticks
oatmeal ginger w/ mixed berries jam
most of the cookies recipes can be found here with just a couple of tweaks I did. I even made a little “sticker” with a canva template to go on my cookie box
