My daughter’s bday is coming up! I had to make her an ATC before I packed up all my supplies!

This commemorates the VERY FIRST thing she asked for. She was about two years old, and we were watching TV when a commercial (remember those?) came on for this Barbie horse. She pointed emphatically at the screen and let us know, in no uncertain terms, that she wanted one. My hubby declared that she was getting one for Christmas and that was that. Lol! Within days, he had one stashed away for her.

Poor Barbie was in for some pretty jerky rides on that horse- you put batteries in it and it would walk. :grin:

What a great memory! I played with Barbies until I was 15 so I get your daughters excitement.

That’s adorable. What did you color it with? I like the texture and shading.

Thanks! I used colored pencils. Markers for outlining, of course. Also a little chalk around the edges of the card.
