@Fonduie turned me on to the My Little Pony cookbook. I had a ton of apples from my tree this year so my plan was to make Apple Fritter Bread (which I am still going to do) but I needed to use up the cream cheese I had in the fridge before it went bad, thus the Apple Crumble Cheesecake from My Little Pony world was born.
It seriously is over the top good. I think I am going to try to freeze the majority of it and take out individual pieces when my sweet tooth is acting up.
