Once again the My Little Pony cookbook does not disappoint. I still have apples from my tree so I made apple fritter bread. I wanted to make their version of pop tarts with the cherry preserves I had. The pop tarts I added icing to are so ugly but so good.

Ooo, I’ve been looking for recipes to try out in my new loaf pans. Apple fritter bread sounds like a winner.

That looks so good! I’m going to have to try that one. The MLP baking book is the best. I got the ingredients for the strawberry cupcakes but haven’t gotten around to making them yet. Probably will do this weekend.
