Heaven!

Is my own recipe. Puff pastry shop bought. Squares. Small apple in halves. Cinnamon a little sugar.Roll apple allover. Bake in hot oven 220C until golden brown. Apple in center of square. Fold pastry corners towards opposites into a square.

Yes I have made these with cherries and plums in summer when available fresh fruit.
With canned pineapple rings well drained using ginger powder.
I also do hearty variety: tuna,salmon, beef mince, cheeses that melt well.

The dish is quite old bought long time ago is I think 33 yrs old found it in a shop sale was only 1 never found more.
