@kait1371 made us some chicken souvlaki and homemade pitas tonight for (early) dinner before she goes to work…since i didnt have enough skewers to stick all the chicken bits, i just drained the marinade and did batches in the air fryer…385 for about 8-10 min…giving it a shake every few minutes…it was delightful.
