ATC, look what you girls started!

So two weeks ago I had never heard of ATC, until I came across a post on here about an ongoing swap.

Intrigued, I looked into it and now I’m 20 cards and 4 local swaps in :rofl: in 2 weeks. send help.

Fun fact : the snowman was gifted to me in a swap on craftster from a Canadian lady. If this was you, say hi!

Welcome to the Dark Side .

I think my favorites are the framed girls.

I 100% know the feeling! I used to trade on the old site and just came back here like a month ago. Pulled out all of my supplies, made new card blanks and even ordered more supplies that I probably didn’t need :upside_down_face:

Can’t wait to keep up with your journey with ATCs

No, i haven’t. I am not in the US, so don’t want to force someone to mail to Australia.

The US just got Global Forever stamps! It means a 1oz letter can be sent anywhere in the world for a flat rate. I think this will really open up more people willing to trade with a wider selection of people.

USA.

I can see how shipping costs would make you wary of participating. :face_with_spiral_eyes::sob:

The ATC and letter type swaps are great for international swappers. Especially the ATC. If someone doesn’t have the stamps they don’t have to claim you. I feel you would be very popular in that swap since your cards are amazing!

PS. This reminds me that I wanted to get back into ATC’s again. I should pull my supplies out too!

I like the dots with swirly ferns, but they’re definitely all great.

We’ve had ATCs swapped across the planet before (@jemimah was a regular for a while!) but even before shipping got more exciting with the pandemic shutdowns, transit took around a month. So you’re entirely welcome to join the party, just be prepared for some long wait times on your swap feedback…

Just join! I’m not in the US either so all is international letters for me. I’d definitely claim you.

Each swapper can decide who to claim and there are so many US swappers that nobody will be forced to send internationally.

Your cards are very cute. I love that they all have a different style.

Such a great round up of cards! I love that you fell headlong into making them. I hope you do join the ATC swap and that you get some lovely cards and get inspired to make cards you might not have otherwise. Swaps are one of my favorite things about LC.
