Mom and I had some overripe bananas that were just on the edge of being unusable, so we rushed to find a good recipe to use them, and Iām really happy with what we found!

I have a couple of bananas to use up and was thinking of banana bread. But, muffins might be better! Thanks for the recipe link!
I checked the recipe and I have everything on hand, but I only have 2 bananas. I might have some in the freezer, but if not, I wonder what I could substitute to make up the difference?
