Yesterday I made the bbq pulled pork with a small pork shoulder, sweet baby rays bbq sauce, extra mustard, brown sugar, and worchestershire…whorchestershire…wercheshdershire…wore-her-chest-dear-sire sauce.
Then today I made the dough. Pretty much my pullman bread recipe with a few modifications. Only unbleached flour (half bread, half all-purpose),
a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine…wait, no, a spoonful of molasses, and about two tablespoons of sugar.
Rolled quite thin.
So far they taste quite good (for what my senses can detect,
).
And what little howto I can mustard…i mean mustard…i mean muster…
erf! The first batch I rubbed some sunflower oil on the tops of them, the rest I just forgot about. Yeesh! Meh, they still look good.
Ok! I’m done cooking them, and if I had used the last piece of dough I would have had exactly four dozen, and I probably could have stretched that to five if I was better at rolling them, and/or if I would have made them all one size, heh. Like four inches long would have been just fine.

No way I’m doing it, but I just got an idea of doing a bbq pulled pork paratha with a maple bacon glaze…I bet that would be good, heh. Not doing it. No! That’s for a younger heart to try,

Ok! Looks like I’ll have to make these ones slowly. Just too dizzy and too much pain.
but I tried the crimper, and unfortunately it’s too wide to save space & dough. So I’ll have to think about changing it sometime later.
The first batch puffed up nicely, but there is a lot of empty space inside them,
.
Ok! I’ve revamped the rocker, so it works a little better. I just need to re-add the serrations. Now it’s about half an inch wide verses 3/4 of an inch wide.
Anyway, this batch are mushroom, onion, and swiss. If you can’t tell, I forgot to put the cheese inside of them before sealing them.

Ok! Making them this way is quite a bit easier, messier, and uses a bit more dough than the other method. Meh, Easier is nice, heh!
These are cheeseburger ones. I’ll try to finish off the pulled pork the next time I feel good.
