Birthday Card 33rd

I made this card twice, and I still don’t love it, but I was sick and the birthday was approaching, so it had to go in the mail.

Recipient is very into RED this year.

It needed more interest. I lost interest.

It IS made in a funky way. You flip one half 180 degrees after cutting.

It folds in half to mail. (It folds BADLY. I had to split the red backing along the “fold” line and make it a cut line.)

The one bright spot was that I got to use my new Cameo 5 AND the electrostatic mat. That was fun, and no trying to peel the tiny insides of the letters off a sticky mat.

It sure looks impressive! My brain can’t wrap itself around the construction. :upside_down_face:

Congrats on the new equipment!

Impressive construction! The red/white contrast is super striking with this design.

This turned out really cool in spite of your not feeling it. Nice work!

That is so cool! I’m jealous of your electrostatic mat. I hate weeding intricate cuts.

I wasn’t going to spring for it, but it was one of the package deal options, so I thought, “Why not?”
