Bookmarks-because crafty mojo is gone

The crafty mojo had left the building, so I’m working on the idea that action creates motivation. I had to make my next sketchbook as the previous one is filled, and I had scraps of paper that I had marbled left over.

Stickers, collage, swearing at gloss medium, and I made this set.

One side

Back side.

All a bit weird, but the world is weird right now so they fit the vibe

Sometimes weird is good. These are good. :slightly_smiling_face:

Sorry to hear your mojo is MIA, but I love that you’re finding ways to work through it. These are great!

I hope your mojo makes a reappearance soon, but you’d never know it’s gone from these beauties. I love the elements and the colors! That blue marbling is entrancing and the grumpy witch image in the middle bottom so fun, also a great range of quotes.

You made wonderful bookmarks for someone who is missing her mojo! Also, “normal” is both over-rated and dull. Weird is where the magic is.

Fingers crossed, that your mojo returns very soon. In the meantime, these are very pretty and look like fun! (Gloss medium swearing aside.)

I love these! I hope the mojo comes back soon, it’s good to to keep the hands moving and just make some stuff anyway.

There’s something to be said for doing low-stakes projects sometimes. These are amazing!

Would make a nice coordinated gift. Good use of scraps. I like the variety of focal images, sizes and ribbons.

I’m obsessed with how some of you creatives can look at scraps from your stash and make something that is so gorgeous and cohesive (even though you claim they aren’t )

Aw thanks sweetheart, one trick is to limit colour to one side of the colour wheel. Personally I’m currently obsessed with green–>blue. Another trick is to keep embellishments in the same vibe. Whether that’s stickers, or other bits and bobs. And borders on everything.
