Me too. Plus some snow.
These are beautiful. I used to be daunted by cables, and it wasn’t until about 18 years after I learned to knit that I tried them for the first time and was mad at myself for not trying sooner.
I wish it was colder in Phoenix, AZ so I could make a pair and wear these!

Oh, those cables are pretty! Might be a match for something in my yarn stash. What kind of yarn did you use?
It calls for less than 150 yds of dk weight yarn.
I had a ball of alpaca yarn leftover from another project in my stash, which was perfect!
So lovely that you made something for yourself and that’s a beautiful stitch!

The pattern on them is really pretty, and “finish all obligatory…” sounds like such a good plan, maybe this year I’ll try it myself XD
