I wanted something simple and quick to have after Easter dinner and I whipped these up. I cut off the bottoms of the strawberries so they would stand up (got that tip from another recipe). They would have been tastier if the strawberries were a bit more ripe but they were still quite good and my kids enjoyed them.
Oh. My. Goodness. Mind blown
I need this in my belly right now!
Gorgeous and so yummy sounding!
Ha, ha!!
Looks fancy, right?? So easy…
mmmm easy and yummy is right up my alley!
That’s what she said!
Looks delicious! Nom, nom, nom!
I remember doing something like this a couple of years ago - but I think I used crushed up GF oreo wannabes so Jim could have them too!!! Thanks for the reminder and I definitely have some cream cheese in the fridge - weekend treat time!!!
Omg, sounds delicious, strawberries and cheesecake, 2 of the most scrummy things!!
Greek yogurt with cheesecake jello is life. I make strawberry parfaits with it.
Congrats! Your cheesecake stuffed strawberries are one of this week’s featured projects.
What?? Y’all make me feel so loved here! Wish I could spend more time here…and more time crafting! Thanks so much!
Ooh, those look gooood! I love that you can get your cheesecake fix without having to sit around waiting for one to bake.
Oh, yum! No wonder they were a hit!
